Samantha Crowley

Licensed Marriage + Family Therapist

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Salt + Light, Samantha Crowley provides both individual and group mental health sessions for neighbors, offering compassionate support as they navigate healing and emotional well-being. Her work focuses on teaching practical coping skills, supporting symptom management, and creating safe, inclusive group spaces that foster connection, community, and mental health growth.

Samantha believes deeply in the power of showing up for one another with love and without judgment. Guided by the belief that supporting others is central to what it means to truly live, she integrates mind–body practices into her work, including deep breathing and light yoga during indoor movement groups and individual sessions. These practices help neighbors reconnect with their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and build greater self-awareness and resilience.

Samantha has worked in the mental health field since 2014 and brings years of experience, empathy, and dedication to her role. Her passion for helping others is evident in the thoughtful care she provides and the relationships she builds with neighbors.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys practicing yoga, reading, and cheering on her favorite football team — go Niners! During her very first experience on the Salt + Light food truck, a neighbor shared, “I love Salt + Light. They actually care about us and you can tell.” That moment affirmed what Samantha already felt in her heart — that she was exactly where she was meant to be.
