Ed Largoza | Chief Operating Officer

Ed Largoza, Salt + Light’s Chief Operating Officer, oversees the Neighbor Care Department and Everyone Eats Today. He is instrumental in our operations through budgets, planning, scaling, and so much more. Ed is a dynamic addition to the Salt + Light team and brings with him years of experience and skill.

After obtaining a degree in Computer Science from UC San Diego and starting a business, Ed realized his love for connecting and caring for people and went back to school to earn his Nursing degree from College of the Sequoias. He spent seventeen years at Kaweah Delta as a nurse, nurse manager, house supervisor, and Director of Patient Experience. He is a board Certified Nurse Executive, Kaweah Health Transformational Leader of the Year 2013, and Nurse Philanthropist of the Year 2013. During his years at Kaweah Delta, he attended Walden University and received a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management to hone his gift of leading and serving.

Work and play go hand in hand for Ed as he truly squeezes every ounce out of life! With their four children Miles, Isaiah, Emma, and Beth, Ed and his wife Erin enjoy all seasonal activities from snorkeling and spearfishing, to skiing and snowboarding! They love to travel, adventure, and are committed to growing in their church community. Also part of the Largoza family: 12 pets, including Jasper the Goat.

Ed is passionate about seeing needs met and loves a good problem to solve. When asked why Salt + Light, Ed says, “Great people with a great mission. I’m honored to be a part of a generous team that is committed to loving people well. I believe God led me to Salt + Light and I’m eager for this new adventure!”

Fun Fact: Ed can be overly competitive. Intense Eddie usually comes out in volleyball, innertube water polo, and board games.
