James Trigueiro | Social Enterprise Manager

James Trigueiro, a Central Valley native, grew up working on a farm in Lemoore. He spent his adult years living in other parts of the world enjoying other cultures. Several years ago, along with his wife and 4 kids, James settled back in Visalia with a desire to be in closer proximity to family. He loves spending time adventuring with his wife and kids!

He has a vast range of skills that include software, logistics, carpentry, woodworking, and anything handyman related. Perhaps his greatest skill of all though, is the kindness he exudes to everyone he meets. He has a particular knack for loving those on the margins of society.

Graduating from Northwest University with a degree in Pastoral Ministries, James never had plans of becoming a paid pastor but always knew his life would lead him to love others in a practical and tangible way.

He joined the team in our wildest season in August 2022 and is working to build the social/micro enterprise programs to offer dignified work to those with job barriers. The sales from these programs will fund the visions and goals of Salt + Light in producing dignified wages and work in a community-focused environment. James is passionate about creating successful industries with community partners that will offer opportunities for our neighbors to thrive.

Fun fact: James loves dancing with his wife at weddings. He had dreams of becoming a stunt-man (possibly still does).
